Spend a morning or afternoon discovering the colourful history of the vineyard, the growing popularity of English wines and learn how we produce our award-winning English wines on a tour and tasting session. Stroll through the vines (weather permitting) as we introduce you to the hybrid grape varieties that thrive in the Holme Valley and explain how we manage the vineyard, also answering any questions you may have. Gain a fascinating insight into the production process on a tour of the winery before quenching your thirst by sampling a selection of our wines with expert guidance. The standard tour costs £20.00 per person.
Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting for 2 £40
Experience the breath taking views of the Holme Valley from our vineyard in Holmfirth! Join us for a 60 to 90min vineyard tour where you'll dive into the rich history of our vineyard, explore the various grape varieties we cultivate and discover the unique challenges we face winemaking in Yorkshire. The tour includes a walk through our vines, by an engaging tour guide followed by a guided wine tasting session in our purpose-built winery. Please dress accordingly for outdoor walking with sturdy shoes, no flip flops or high heels, as the weather can be unpredictable!
Sparkling Afternoon Tea with Vineyard Tour & Wine Tasting 2 £90
Enjoy a traditional afternoon tea in the tasting lounge or sat outside on our terrace soaking up the spectacular views of the Holme Valley.
Afternoon Tea consists of freshly prepared finger sandwiches, homemade savouries, delicious cakes and desserts plus the classic scones with jam and cream. Accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine (or a soft drink) and either a pot of Yorkshire Tea or freshly brewed filter coffee.
Also included is a guided tour of the vineyard in which you can learn about our history, the different varieties of grapes we grow and the production process. At the end of the tour you also get a guided tasting session where you can enjoy 3 of our Yorkshire wines
Tours run twice a day, 10.30am and 3pm. Afternoon tea is served between 12pm until 5pm.
Lunch or dinner with Vineyard Tour & Wine Tasting 2 £99
Enjoy a delicious 2 course lunch in our Tasting Lounge, Solaris Suite or Conservatory with stunning views overlooking the Holme Valley, followed by a guided tour of the Vineyard to learn about the different grape varieties we grow, the challenges that we face and the production process. Finish the tour with a guided tasting session of 3 of our home grown Yorkshire wines.
Vineyard tours run at 10.30am and 3pm. Lunch is served from 12pm until 2.45pm. Dinner is served from 5pm.
