Our long awaited single variety Red wine is made from our Rondo grape which has been left on the skins for 7 days to infuse soft and delicate tannins to develop fruity black currant notes, hints of deep red apple and dark cherries, deep burgundy red in colour with all the berries on the nose.
 
Rosé Dry 10%
Our beautiful single variety dry rosé is made from our Rondo grapes… ruby pink in tone with no skin contact, a medium bodied dry rosé wine, rich in gentle fruity berry and dark currant notes with delicate hints of vanilla and dark cherries.
